All content, design, logo, brand, and software on the Site and Service belong to Senetyaz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

Senetyaz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. We cannot be held responsible for interruptions or changes that may occur in the Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the parties will first try to resolve it amicably.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, the laws of the Republic of Turkey will apply and Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices will have jurisdiction.

Our Service can be used by users under 18 years of age, but it is recommended that such users be under the supervision of their legal guardians. Users under 18 years of age acknowledge that they have obtained the consent of their legal guardians when using the platform.
